When will I receive my samples?
Samples are delivered via Australia Post and may take a maximum of 10 working days for delivery depending upon your exact location within Australia.
What is the charge for delivery?
Free delivery applies to all online orders.
Will the samples be delivered in discrete packaging?
Your privacy is important to us. Your samples will be delivered in a very discreet post-pack with no identifiable markings indicating HARTMANN or the contents of the package.
What if my samples don’t arrive?
If your samples do not arrive within 10 working days, please call us on 1800 805 839 and we will either track your original order or resend them for you.
What if my samples arrive damaged?
Whilst we take the highest level of caution to ensure your products arrive in a good condition, sometimes they can become damaged in transit. If the samples do arrive damaged, please call us on 1800 805 839 between 9am & 5pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday to Friday, and we will arrange for replacement samples to be sent out.
Normally the delivery agent will leave a card advising that they attempted delivery and instructions on how you can receive your package. If you think you may not be home, you can also advise HARTMANN on where you would like the goods to be delivered to. E.g., "Please leave on verandah if no one is home". This message will be passed onto the delivery agent. Any other special delivery instructions should be provided when placing your order.
Do you accept international orders?
We regret that we can only supply customers within Australia.
Can I return my sample if it is no longer required?
Please do not return any samples. If the sample is not required and is unopened, you can donate the sample to a local continence advisor. Otherwise, please dispose of any unwanted samples responsibly.
